Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

STHTicketExchange provides users with the ability to request deletion of any data associated with their Facebook login. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request in compliance with Facebook’s Platform Policies.
How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Facebook‑linked account data in one of the following ways:
1. Automated Deletion Request
If you are currently logged in, you may request deletion by visiting:
https://sthticketexchange.com/facebook/delete-data
This endpoint will process your request and return a confirmation code.
2. Manual Deletion Request
If you prefer to request deletion manually, please email:
support@sthticketexchange.com
Your message must include:
- Your Facebook user ID (if known)
- The email address associated with your Facebook account
- A statement requesting deletion of your STHTicketExchange account
What Will Be Deleted
- Your STHTicketExchange account
- Identity provider information (including Facebook ProviderId)
- Ticket listings you created
- Messages you sent through the platform
- Any other personal data associated with your account
What Will Not Be Deleted
- System logs
- Fraud prevention records
- Aggregated, non‑identifiable analytics data
Confirmation
Once your deletion request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
